We built Clubnest because we were actively helping multiple junior angling clubs and saw firsthand how difficult it was to manage even the basics. Notes for coaching were scribbled on scraps of paper. Attendance was tracked in WhatsApp groups. Event sign-ups were chaotic and club details were scattered. Important details were being missed. There had to be a better way.
What began as a junior management tool quickly evolved into something much bigger. As we spoke with club leaders around the region, and collaborated with organisations like the Angling Trust and the Canal & River Trust, we discovered the challenges were universal.
We invested heavily in research, feedback sessions, and hands-on trials to better understand the real needs of clubs at all levels. The result? Clubnest transformed into a full-featured angling club management system designed from the ground up for grassroots organisations.
