Central Calendar for Clubs
Introduce a full-featured interactive calendar view in each tenant’s dashboard and optionally on the public-facing site. Add robots.txt with Sitemap to All Live Tenant Domains
Automatically generate and serve a robots.txt file for every live tenant domain. This file should allow search engines to crawl the site and include a reference to the tenant-specific sitemap2.xml. Auto-Renewing Tickets or Memberships
Allow users to opt-in for auto-renewal (e.g., Stripe subscription-style) for annual memberships or season tickets.
Built-in Polls or Voting for Members
Let clubs run quick polls or votes (e.g. "Which venue should we fish next?") via the dashboard with live results.
Club Newsletter Builder
Offer a simple drag-and-drop email builder connected to Mailcoach or Mailchimp, using existing blog/guide content blocks.
Facebook Events Integration
Allow clubs to connect their Facebook Page and automatically import public events into their Clubnest dashboard. Imported events can be mapped to Clubnest's internal event/ticket system and optionally displayed on the club’s website. Potential Benefits: Saves clubs time by syncing instead of double-posting Boosts visibility by merging Facebook reach with website traffic Keeps event data consistent across platforms Could allow auto-generation of ticket links back to Clubnest Features Could Include: One-click Facebook Page connect (OAuth) Event sync (title, date, time, description, cover image) Option to convert synced Facebook events into Clubnest matches or coaching sessions Auto-link back to Facebook event for discussion/comments
Force WWW to Non-WWW Redirect
Ensure that all requests to the www. version of the Clubnest main domain automatically redirect to the non-www version (https://clubnest.co.uk). This will consolidate SEO authority and avoid duplicate content across domain variations.
Google Business Maps Integration
Enable clubs to submit or sync their venue information directly to Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business), making them visible on Google Maps and in local search results. This increases footfall, improves search visibility, and boosts credibility for physical club locations. Google Business Profile Integration for Venues
Allow tenants to sync venue details with their Google Business Profile via API, improving local search visibility
Member Points / Engagement Tracker
Reward members or children for attending events, completing quizzes, or participating in coaching. Could be shown as a leaderboard or badge system.
Prevent Subdomain Indexing Before Launch
Add noindex, nofollow meta tags to all subdomain-based tenant sites that are still under development or not yet live. This will prevent search engines from indexing unfinished pages and ensure they don't appear in search results prematurely.
Redirect Subdomain Visitors After Site Launch
Implement a rule that redirects frontend visitors from subdomain URLs to the tenant's primary custom domain once the site is marked as live. This prevents duplicate content issues and ensures users always land on the official branded site.
Social Automation Suite for Clubs
Empower clubs to effortlessly manage and promote their events, content, and updates across multiple social media platforms — all from within Clubnest. This feature will support Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram Threads, and optionally LinkedIn for broader reach and community engagement.
