Our junior coaching sessions on the Tiverton Canal offer a fantastic opportunity for young anglers to experience traditional canal-style fishing in a peaceful and scenic environment. These sessions focus on key match angling techniques such as whip fishing, pole fishing, and light waggler setups — perfect for learning precision, patience, and watercraft.

The canal provides a slower-paced, controlled setting that’s ideal for beginners, but still offers exciting challenges for more experienced juniors. Our Level 2 Angling Coaches provide hands-on guidance throughout each session, ensuring every child develops their skills in a fun, safe, and supportive way.
