3. Recruitment Process
3.1 Identifying Volunteer Roles
- The Committee will identify volunteer roles and responsibilities based on The Club’s needs.
- Role descriptions will be prepared, outlining:
- Duties and expectations.
- Required skills and experience.
- Time commitment.
3.2 Advertising Volunteer Opportunities
- Volunteer opportunities will be advertised through:
- The Club’s website and social media channels.
- Local community networks and noticeboards.
- Communication with existing members and parents.
- The advertisement will include an overview of the role, required qualifications, and instructions on how to apply.
3.3 Application Process
- Interested individuals will be required to complete a Volunteer Application Form.
- Applicants may be asked to provide references from previous volunteering or employment roles.
- A face-to-face or virtual meeting will be arranged to:

3.4 Background Checks
- All volunteers working directly with children will undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
